Learn about your local farmers and food that is in season. Lisa will prepare a 3-4 course dinner paired with local wines. Menu will be determined by the freshest ingredients in season.

  • Chilled Ohio grown Vegetable Gazpacho with Shrimp Garnish
  • Wild Green locally grown salad with shaved Manchego, homemade sourdough croutons and M Cellars wine vinaigrette
  • Buttermilk marinated Ohio raised organic chicken breast stuffed with spinach, Bavarian ham, and Aged Provolone with a light herb Parmesan sauce over a bed of homemade spinach infused pasta
  • Flourless chocolate cake with a fresh Ohio raspberry sauce infused with local red wine
